New York city is enriched with so many different people, places, cultures ... and food! I had the pleasure of visiting my sister last weekend during the beautiful fall weather. Located in the West Village, she lives in one of the most beautiful, quaint areas of the city. Her apartment overlooks an exquisite view of the city skyline, just blocks from the Hudson river.
We brunched at Revel, a courtyard restaurant located in the Meatpacking district — I highly recommend it. The Eggs Benedict with Truffle Sauce I ordered was to die for ... Note to self: must return and order the Prosciutto Pizza!

We couldn't have ended the weekend more properly — eating cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery by the Hudson river!
